The Human Resource Department is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, support and guidance of our skilled workforce.

We promote a safe and healthy work environment. The department is responsible for development and implementing the City's personnel policies, collective bargaining, training, employee assistance program services, comprehensive benefits, risk assessment, and Workers Compensation.
