The City of Gardiner will post several roads for vehicle weight restrictions beginning March 3, 2025.

New Pine Tree License Plates

Beginning May 1, 2025, BMV and Agents will no longer issue license plates with the Chickadee design. Anyone with this design will be
required to obtain new plates when they renew their registration or obtain a new registration. Want to keep your current plate number? You can do that for a $25 fee.

Harrison Avenue Update

A portion of Harrison Avenue has been closed off since severe rainstorms caused landslides along the embankment of the Cobbossee Stream. The City has been working with FEMA to address the problem.
